Contractor Mode-of-Operandi
  • Contractors takes a qualifying test ( need to update the self-generating/self-grading tests )
    • you must pass with a score of 80% or higher to be able to reply to job postings in that category

  • Contractors fills in normal/proper "employment" papwerwork
    • 1099, ss#, taxID, etc
    • we do NOT yet know the answers/issues with paying contractors in other countries

  • Contractors selects contract options they will reply

  • search the pending jobs or matches to your skills
  • lurk in the chatrooms... wait for a job posting
  • do your normal work stuff... wait for a job posting via email

  • Reply to the job posting with a Proposal for fixing their task at hand

  • Upon acceptance by the Employer, go ahead and fix their problem

  • Upon completion, submit a [private] review of the task, process, methodology to solve their problem

  • Watch for your payment for work done as pre-arranged

Employer Mode-of-Operandi
  • Employers have a problem that needs to be fixed "now"
    • search the finished jobs or matches similar to your pending issues
    • watch the discusions on the chatrooms

    • Employer fills in the "Job Request" forms
      • Payment options is selected and verified

    • Job Requests gets posted to database
      • Emails sent to qualified recepients in the mailing list
      • Online pages is updated

    • Pre-Qualified Contractor reply directly to Employers
    • Pre-Qualified Contractor remotely login into Employer's "problem server"

    • Employer submit a [private] review of process, tasks, degree of satisfaction

  • Terms and Conditions
    • Linux-Jobs.net and affiliated entities, Contractors and Employers, individually and collectively agree to imdemnify all parties for all liabilities under any and all circumstances

    • Linux-Jobs.net and affiliated entities, Contractors invdividually and collectively to be held harmless of any and all functionality of the server before and AFTER the work to be performed
      • dont use that contractor for that task next time if their performance was NOT satisfactory


    • All fees and deposits are NON-refundable and NON-cancelable and NON-negotiable

    • Contractors...
      • Time spent on their server is the sole liability incurred by the Contractor
      • There is NO payment paid to contractors unless the task is completed satsifactorially
        • that the server does as normally/typically expected per employers request
      • Arbitrary extending the time spent to increase payment is grounds for immediate termination of your contract
      • No further liabilities will be incurred by any party

    • Employors...
      • Non-refundable, Non-Cancelable Payments made is the sole liability incurred by the Employer
      • There is NO refunds, and services rendered is considered liquidated damages
      • No further liabilities will be incurred by any party
      • Witholding payment for completion is ground for immediate termination of the contract

    • All disputes will be resolved according to the laws of Santa Clara County, State of California

    • All prospective Employers are offering positions they will be paying
      • Offers and requests from third party personnel services will be charged an additional fee
